Equipment
- Choose dumbbell weights according to your strength, experience, and comfort level
- At the beginning of each workout, I show the equipment needed for that specific class

• Recent injuries, fractures, or surgeries without medical clearance
• Severe osteoporosis or high fracture risk
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart conditions
• Severe dizziness, vertigo, or balance disorders
• Acute joint inflammation or severe arthritis flare-ups
• Severe back, hip, knee, or shoulder pain
• Any medical condition that limits safe physical activity
• Exercise should be stopped immediately if pain, chest discomfort, dizziness, or shortness of breath occurs
