My life is full of adventures and unexpected turns. But I always try to make the most of every twist and turn.
Whether it’s “through the thorns to the stars” in sports, or “overcoming shyness and fear”, I put my best foot forward on the Cirque Du SOLEIL stage in front of thousands of spectators. Whether it’s training during performances and preparing for Fitness Championships after the show. Or, having given birth to two daughters to return to the stage in the air. Or, having undergone several complex surgeries on the spine and hip joints, to recover and regain sports functionality.
I put all of this life experience, not only in theory, but most importantly in practice, into the creation of my programs and courses.
Rehabilitation component, corrective approach, creative thinking and knowledge of my subject, make my programs unique, interesting and most importantly – useful in many ways.
