My life is full of adventures and unexpected twists. But I always try to make the most of every turn.
Whether it's «through hardships to the stars» in sports or overcoming shyness and fear while performing on the Cirque Du Soleil stage in front of thousands… Whether it's training during shows and preparing for fitness championships after performances… Whether it's returning to aerial performance after giving birth to two daughters… Or recovering and regaining athletic functionality after undergoing several complex spinal and hip surgeries.
All this life experience, gained not only theoretically but, most importantly, practically, I invest in creating my programs and courses.
