How do you practice?

  • The course is suitable for everyone who has mastered the basic foundation or completed my 12-day workout program.
  • The course runs at a moderate pace.
  • Work at your own pace. I show the exercises in two variations: easy and difficult. You can perform two cycles of each exercise in the allocated time.
  • I advise you to listen to your body and not rush the workout. Master each set of exercises before you move on to the next.
  • To enhance efficiency, I recommend using the SMR complex more often after your main workout. They help in self-massaging to reduce any body pain.
  • The training is introduced in the sequence decided by me, the course author, at the beginning of the program.
  • During the exercises, follow my instructions for the correct execution of the technique to achieve progress.

You only require essential fitness equipment for your training, which can be purchased at any sports store. 

To complete the program, you will need: 

  • a roller,
  • a stick,
  • a soft rubber ball,
  • 1-2 kg dumbbells,
  • two short and long resistance bands,
  • a yoga block,
  • leg weights,
  • a large fitness ball.


  • Absolute medical contraindications to any physical activity.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Osteoporosis: an MFR contraindication.
  • less than six weeks after a vaginal delivery or eight weeks after a cesarean section.
  • With a doctor’s permission during pregnancy. However, it is recommended not to exercise in the supine position after the first trimester.

Frequently asked Questions

You can practice when it’s convenient for you. You only need to set aside time during the day or evening and train regularly, repeating the exercises after the trainer and observing the correct execution technique.

The characteristics of your body are taken into account only in personal training. When exercising online, take into account the limitations of your body on your own, after consulting with your doctor, especially if you have acute inflammatory processes in the joints or problems of the cardiovascular system.

Most of the course exercises will be useful for both. But! This is not a SPECIALIZED course for pregnant women, as well as post-pregnancy recovery, so please consult your doctor first.
